The automatic discharge system consists of automatic discharge system, emergency discharge system, cooling system, artificial cover platform and discharge storage system. The kiln car runs on the track, positioning is realized through the switch control, the automatic shift positioning system moves the suction module to the top of the kiln car, and the multi-head synchronous suction system starts (the suction process is rotating crushing while pumping). After sucking the first row of crucible, the suction head rises, moves and locates to the second row to start working, and repeats the action until all the crucible are pumped out of the kiln car. The extracted material enters the water-cooled bin through the air delivery system to cool down and cool down, and then enters the discharge cache system to wait for discharge.
