2. Product introduction
      The three independent unwinding machines in the equipment are equipped with a set of three-layer independent traction devices. The traction force of unwinding is provided by the traction device. The traction device is driven by a set of servo motors and three independent traction rolls. The winding machine is composed of three mechanisms with independent traction power and winding power, and the graphite felt tensioning mechanism and tension control mechanism are designed at the oven, which are used to adjust the pressure between each layer and control the tension of graphite felt when the graphite felt is heated. The main traction power and winding force of each winding mechanism are independently provided by a set of servo gear motors, and the winding speed is continuously adjustable. A tension sensor is installed on each winding drag roller to realize constant tension dynamic control during the winding process of carbon felt. In the linkage mode, the speed of the winding motor will automatically match the set felt speed and the speed of the winding motor, and the speed of each motor can be fine-tuned according to the different characteristics of the felt.
