The loading system is composed of automatic loading part, loading cache part and emergency loading part, including shifting positioning walking mechanism, automatic loading system, lifting compaction system, multi-head synchronous degassing filler system, dust control system, stable feed bin system and so on. The overall process is to push the trolley to the designated position of the system after the material is sucked and positioned, and the multi-head synchronous charging system starts. After the first row of crucible is loaded, it is moved to the second row to start working, and the process is repeated to the end.
